Technical Client Services Consultant
Commercial Logic, Inc. maintains, supports, markets, and sells APS Advance Practice Management to medium to large accounting firms in the US and Canada. The purpose of APS Advance is to support CPAs and other professionals in the capture of time, the production of billing, the collection of cash receipts, the management of workflow, and the analysis of the work of the firm. The purpose of Commercial Logic is to support accountants and other professionals in the better management of their practices through our software and consulting services.
We are seeking an individual to join the technical client services team at our Hanover, NH location. We are a small, independent company and are looking for an individual that can work effectively and harmoniously with our existing team.
We are interested in the following skills or experience:
SQL Server/Transact SQL/Reporting Services
Web Services
Sharepoint
Microsoft Office applications and VBA
Microsoft operating systems
VMware
We recognize that applicants may not yet have all these technologies mastered. Willingness to learn and tackle new problems is important to us, as is thoroughness and attention to detail. We will provide training as needed.
Of equal importance is a willingness and ability to work with and engage our clients and prospects and to provide technical support and training, both onsite and remotely via the Internet.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. There is opportunity for advancement. Health and dental benefits are provided.
